I purchased a dress from a website Hebeos.com for a bridesmaid dress. I read through the return policy and it assured they would provide a refund if not 100% satisfied. I was hesitant but decided to anyway as I was unable to find one locally. I ordered a dress that was not custom made, but rather just a dress size. While the dress I ordered and the dress I received were similar, they were very different too. The color way way off. I ordered a soft peach colored dress and received a bright orange dress. The lace and beading were darker than the color of the dress. And the beading was so poorly done, you could see the strings sticking out all over. I reached out to return and was told i could only have a 13% refund. When I disputed that (as it is no where on the website that is a possibility) they stopped all communication. I cannot get a hold of them & I am so upset that 150.00 of my hard earned money is gone. This is a fraudulent website that sends poorly made dresses and won't refund or respond. This website should be taken down.
