My 72 yr old husband saw an ad on his iphone internet for Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies that singer Kelly Clarkson is known to have taken to get great weight loss results. Also the ad name dropped Dr. Oz as recommending the ACV gummies. So my husband, he is NOT technological literate, ordered the gummies, thinking it was the same brand as what Kelly Clarkson took. HOWEVER, it was a bait and switch tactic. Bliss Keto Gummies was NOT the brand she took, nor the brand supposedly Dr. Oz recommended. The brand she is associated with is called ActiveLife ACV gummies. So Bliss Keto misled my gullible husband. Also the price was more than double the cost of ActiveLife ACV gummies and a much lesser mg dosing of apple cider vinegar. When I discovered he had ordered the Bliss Keto Gummies, I did online research and determined he had been scammed. He placed the order at about 5:30am on March 29th and called back to cancel at 9:30am on the same day. The customer service agent had a Filipino accent and you could tell she was reading a scripted response. Bottom Line: She consulted with her supervisor and told him it was too late to cancel the shipment was already on the way. She would not allow him to cancel the order. She also said he ordered both the gummies and the detox kit. My husband did not order the detox kit, which was an additional $59.99 above the $199.99 for what he understood and wrote down were for 3 bottles of 30 gummies of 500mg each. We were shocked to see the pending charge total of about $260 dollars. So we went both online and called our credit card company to dispute payment since it was still pending. The charge of $199.99 we disputed. Because the charge of $59.99 was fraudulent and was unknown to my husband, we were advised to change the credit card number due to the fraudulent charge. Then at 12:15pm midnight on March 29, 2024 we got an email from Bliss Keto stating the product was shipped out at 11:30am on March 29th and a tracking number was given (I am not sure what time zone Bliss Keto mailed product from). It was interesting on their email they reported they were sending 5 bottles of the gummies instead of the 3 bottles my husband recorded when he made the order. I sent them an email letting them know we tried to CANCEL the order at 9:30am but was refused. I also let them know of the fraudulent $59.99 charge that was not authorized by my husband for detox product and that upon arrival we will ship all products back to them with a tracking number to ensure they get product back, in the event they will claim they never received the returned product. My husband learned that he needs to let me do the research for him for any online product he is interested in to prevent him getting fooled again by misleading bait and switch claims, celebrity name dropping, and exorbitant extortionate pricing for a product!

The site offered a free bottle of face serum for $6.97 to cover shipping. I placed my order on 3/18 and received the serum on 3/25. Today, 3/27, I was charged $129.97 for the so-called "free" product. After calling my credit card company to dispute the charge, I was advised to first contact the Derma La Fleur company using the phone number listed on my credit card statement. After talking with the company's customer service, I was told that I had 7 days from the PURCHASE DATE to cancel my trial(?). I was never told about a trial, only about a free product. And, since I only received the product 2 days ago, I had no time for any "trial". I checked the T's & C's on the payment page and what I unwittingly signed up for was not a free bottle as advertised, but a "30 day risk free offer", which is a patently false statement. I had the product for only 2 days and lost $129.97 to this scam, so for me, it was far from risk-free and far from 30 days! I told customer service to cancel my "trial" immediately, which I hope they did. The ScamPulse.com is full of similar complaints under DERMA LA FLEUR so this company has been ripping off many consumers with this scam. I was told that if I return the product, I would get a refund, minus $5 for handling, but I am very sceptical that I will see any refund at all, as it is hard to reach anyone at their customer service department and I have yet to receive an email documenting any of this. I should have checked ScamPulse.com and did an internet search before falling for this "free offer", so that is my bad. But I would like to see this company sanctioned for their horribly deceptive and misleading practices. I may very well get some sort of refund when this is all said and done, but as a consumer, I should not have been lied to and been put into this inconvenient position where I have to beg for my money back.

My sister saw on Facebook Nu Farm CBD gummies that help people with varied health conditions. Mine is emphysema. The showed a picture of Dr. Oz and they said he was a pulmonologist at Columbia University. His specialty is not on pulmonary diseases. They had testimonials from him claiming how these gummies will cure your ailments and improve overall health . I purchased their commonly ordered two bottles get one free for $53. But it was $53 a bottle. Then they charged me for items I DID NOT ORDER. Which they billed separately. They had a timer saying in 45 seconds their inventory will be sold out so I rushed to place order. Once I provided billing info and hit the check out button I saw they charged me 201.00 for 3 bottles of gummies not 53.00. Then I looked at my emails they sent to me and that’s when I saw in the second email a receipt for 34.00 for an oil and cream that I never purchased!! I called them immediately and requested a FULL Refund but they declined to do that. I asked to speak to a manager and the representative said there was no manager to speak to. I was beyond irate and told her I was reporting the company to the ScamPulse.com and I told them I was recording our conversation ( which I wasn’t recording) and it was only then did she said she couldn’t refund the total amount but would refund me 134.00. This is outrageous I want to be fully refunded. They also do recurring charges every month and because this was my first time using this company and my last I told her she better not charge me every month. Please help not only me but thousands of others who can’t get their money back and have also been unsuccessful in stopping them from charging their credit cards every month. Thank you

Someone called and verified my name and address as well as other information. They then said I had been delivered Keto Pure gummies, which I have not. When I disputed this they said I have been sent to escalation and would be billed on a rotating monthly basis for products that I have not ordered. I continued to say that there was a mistake and that I would like something sent in writing. They said they had already emailed me (which they hadn't) so I again asked for something to be mailed in writing. They refused and I let them know that this sounded like a scam and I would be reporting it as such.

The product is apple cider and vinegar in gummy bear form. For this, they charge 239$. The website information is vague with hyperbolic claims. No information regarding the contents of the item is readily available. There is a no-holds-barred no return, no refund policy. The fact that you are enrolling in a monthly subscription is not apparent. When trying to cancel the subscription, you must be a genius to do it correctly. It took me 3 attempts to get it done... I think. Customer support is no help.

Was charged by my bank for $239.88 Recurring for something I did not purchase. They would not refund my money to my account. I called the Fraud Dept of my bank as a dispute. Have no idea what this recurring charge would be for?????

Responded to a phone pop-up ad with Jennifer Anniston and Jennifer Lopez promoting "their" FREE skin cream/serums. Read everything but they claim it "says" 7 day trial (just pay shipping of $6.95 each) then you will be charged full price of $129.49 each for serum and moisturizer. I swear that had to be in invisible ink if it was there.

I am about to pay additional postage to send them back.

Also, they are charging that exorbitant price for 1/2 oz. when you can buy 1 oz for $29.95 on Amazon.

My fault for falling for being sucked in but that company, phone support is Asian, is blatantly robbing gullible people like me, an 81 year old senior citizen.

Reventia Skincare was ordered once. I did not want a 2nd or even a 3rd order. Shipped product back but did not receive ANYTHING back. Disputed all credit charges that I could but the items kept coming. Had to cancel my card to get them to stop charging me. Went to look for a website, phone number, email, anything to contact someone before I mailed the product back again, NO LUCK! Have not been able to contact anyone to this point.

I ordered what I thought were samples. Was charged 129.49 . When I called they told me that I must cancel which I did or I would be charged that amount monthly. I had 13 days to return the items. Since it is 5pm eastern time and I just received the items 30 minutes ago and had a very frustrating conversation I will return the items tomorrow via post office with a return receipt requested to be sure they receive.

Ordered 1 bottle of the keto gummies, when I went to pay the order was declined but it kept on popping up with different items to place order, there’s not an option to decline other offers therefor when the order was declined, I tried placing my order again, knowing there is money in the account and should not be declined. My bank alerts me of any transactions so I checked my bank account, and there was 3 different transactions with 3 different transaction Numbers. So I immediately called, however with it being Sunday, they were closed. So I called on Monday as soon as they opened. I asked that the order be cancelled and she told me they couldn’t cancel it because it had already shipped. I asked for a tracking number, and it’s untraceable. Sheila said I will receive the order in 3-4 days to call back when I receive it to return.

I’m going to return everything i receive and will be back to let everyone know what happens. This seems to be a scam!!

- Littlefield, AZ, USA • Jun 12, 2023

The screen was not completed when the transaction was processed.. I called the day after confirming e-mail and explained to the company representative that the ONLY thing I had ordered was the 6 botttles of the BioScience Keto+ACV Gummy and my order showed me also ordering the Detox Capsule. The representative was very kind and said that the detox would work in synergy with the gummys and Would I keep the detox with a discount. Neither of these products worked for me and I was billed a 2nd and now they are trying to bill me for a third month on products I DID NOT ORDER. I tried to talk to talk with a representatinve named Sammyafter the 2nd billing and she notified me that the 3 billing was on the way... She would not let me speak with a supervisor and just kept reiterating that the product had been shipped and billed and there was nothing I could about it $597.00 later I'm going to do what I can to fight it.. Please don't let yourself get caught up in this scam company..

- Morgan, UT, USA • Jun 09, 2023

Copy cat tactic, bait and switch from Oprah Gummies and during the transaction an additional $49.00 was added for additional product, BioPure Cleanse. A fraud alert was sent to my phone which I denied because I was making the purchase, only to discover later it was NOT the product I intended to purchase. I immediately called fraud alert back confirming that it was a fraud and they gave me a number to call to cancel, and I called my bank, but the charge had already been made. Package came a few days later. I tried the product, nothing like promised.

I’ve tried calling the number, it won’t go through. Block message.

The ad popped-up with Dolly Parton ad about weight loss. Had a deal about buy 1, get 1 free, so I ordered two. I received a confirmation of

Still have not received the others on June7,2023. (order May 24) On june 8, I sent an email and it came back email demon. I then called the phone number. I started talking to a representative, told her I wanted my money back, a loud buzzing noise came across the phone. I hung up and called back. It said no connection. Called again this am and the same thing NO CONNECTION.

I saw an ad within an article on a website which said I could get a sample of a skin serum that all the Shark Tank sharks invested in. During check-out it asked me if I wanted another 2 items, which I declined as I only wanted to try the sample. I placed my order on 5-15-23 for their advertised sample but the next day I saw that I had received 2 additional emails from them saying they charged me for the 2 other products I had declined. I called company the next day and asked them to cancel the other 2 products I hadn't ordered. I was told that the items were part of a bundle but that is a not true as I was asked if I wanted to order the other items in separate pop-up screens, but I declined both of them. Also, the order confirmation emails show one order was placed 5 minutes after my sample order and the other was placed 30 minutes after. During the 30-45 minute phone call with the company's representative, I was told the order could not be cancelled and that the company would not accept returns or give out refunds. During the call I received 3 new emails saying that the products had just been shipped!

After reviewing their Terms & Conditions AGAIN, I emailed the company at their 3 different email addresses (1 company for each product) requesting the Return Merchandise Authorization # they said they would give me when I contacted them. In that email I also directed them to cancel all future shipments/payments and to close my account. I received email replies from all 3 companies saying that I needed to CALL customer service for all return/refund/cancellation requests. I called them again and was again told that the company did not give out RMA #’s and would not accept returns/refunds.

I asked to speak to a manager and he told me the same thing, even after I read him the website's Terms and Conditions which clearly state they do accept returns and will give refunds as long as I get an RMA# to return the products within the listed timeline.

The manager said he cancelled my account and that no other shipments/payments will be processed. But, I am concerned that, as they won't give me an RMA # to return the products, they will use that as a way to justify charging me the full price for all 3 of the products which will run into hundreds of dollars.

See their Terms & Conditions:

The ad said free Botox cream, just pay shipping, looked at my checking account few days later , they took $129.95. I called told me there was a time limit as far as cancellation, I never saw that. Told me to send back , I won’t recieve all my money. To me that’s B.S.

- Lafayette, IN, USA • Apr 30, 2023

I decided to try the gummies and went to the website. It asked about other products that I didn't get and then asked for my card. Without a total to start I figured it would give me a total and a chance to stop but it just ended without giving me a total. When I called the company they said they could only give me half my money back . What a scam

- Shrewsbury, MA, USA

I ordered face cream ,a free sample. Just pay 5.98 shipping. They sent cream and serum and charged me $12.96 shipping, then they took two charges out of my debit account $119 and $129.

Now today I received two more products .I called. The person spoke in circles…. Would not let me speak with a supervisor. I’m going to have to cancel my debit card. I don’t know what to do.

I tried to email them several times about this matter. I never received a response. They did charge me for the product. I canceled it before itbwaa shipped. I had to cancel due to interaction with my thyroid disease.

I ordered some Keto gummies. The total was to be 69.00

I had no way of checking the order before it was paid. The website gave no opportunity to check the order. They also added a product to my order that I did not order. They billed me for unordered item and charged over 100.00 more for the item
