I purchased a 2022 Kubota Tractor, model #BX23S, 4wd, stock #BTF2157, serial #78228 online from 4PB Base LLC. I received a purchase contract and sales invoice by email. I signed the paperwork and sent it back to them. Payment was required to be a wire transfer into their account. I wired the money to 4PB Base LLC on July 31, 2023. 4PB Base confirmed by email, receipt of payment on August 3, 2023. They stated in email that delivery process would start in approximately 2 days. I emailed them again on August 15, 2023 to find out what the status was. They emailed back on August 15, 2023 and stated that the tractor would be delivered by the end of the week. I emailed on Friday August 18, 2023 asking about the status of the delivery. I have not heard back from them yet. I emailed from a different email address on August 18, 2023, using an alias name, inquiring about the same tractor since it was still showing for sale on their website. They responded the same day saying the tractor was available for sale. I have copies of all emails between 4PB Base LLC and myself, including the email from the alias name. I have a copy of the wire transfer when it was done from my savings account. I have screenshots of facebook messages with them. I have copies of their SCC filing for their business. I attempted to contact the business licensing dept. in Hialeah, Fl. to verify they were a legitimate business. They did not respond until over a week later, and only to say to get in touch with them to find out the cost to get the information I was asking for. I checked the ScamPulse.com and there were no complaints against them. I searched the internet for bad reviews or scam reports and came up empty handed in every search.
