The scammer took over a friend's profile on Facebook and was selling furniture. I responded to the post and before realizing it was not my friend, I had sent money via CashApp for a downpayment for a couple of pieces of furniture I was interested in. After realizing what had happened, I attempted to get my money back, but he had deleted the post and Facebook account. I requested a refund through CashApp which of course, he declined to give me the refund, and CashApp was unable to recover my money.

Ordered 2 necktie sets from ad on Facebook. The money was taken from bank account, no product has been shipped. When contacting the customer service email, one time they said was shipped & second time said it’s in the distribution process. Has been 3 weeks since ordered

I saw a Website on Facebook for Nousal selling pants . I ordered 5 pair at approximately $5 a pair. I placed my order February 26, 2023 and haven't received it yet. I've sent three text messages inquiring information on my order but I still haven't received it yet. They did respond to wait patiently as my order was in the process of delivery, but when tracking the package it's not updating.
