NADRA Card Center claims to be an agent for the Pakistan government and facilitate registration of and renewals of NICOP cards. NICOP stands for National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis.

After confirming with the local Pakistan Consulate here in Chicago, I was told there is only one certified website that the Pakistani government uses for these card services.
