I google what I thought was the Disney cruise line number because I couldn't find it directly. Somehow, I got this company who I answered the phone stating they were Disney cruise line. I was cancelling my trip, and I spoke to a Bruce Baker, and he informed me that I would have to pay a onetime cancellation fee of $225 per person which total $***. Bruce Baker had all of our names and my Disney Cruise line information. I was upset that I had to pay a fee, however my family can't make the trip, so I gave him my credit card information and the I was charged, and the trip was cancelled.

Something didn't sit well with me today, so I called the Disney Cruise Line today and express my disappointment of the fees. I was then informed that they didn't charge me a fee and that I was scammed. The scammer is QueenMary CruiseLine. They don't exist. I had to call my credit card and dispute the charges. I feel so foolish, I just don't want anyone else to lose like I did.
