Please see attached document for full details, but I'm not sure it uploaded with the PDF. In short I found web-site Instagram, I thought I was ordering from USA, order the items, as there was free shipping over $30.00, Ordered it is April, waited alllotted time, tracked it, and it didn't ever arrive. I reached out to the "company" they advised they would reship the order but had to wait 25 days, okay. Did that. Now they are saying it was shipped, never left their warehouse that I can tell. I requested full refund, they tell me I can only get half because they needed $15.00 to pay their shipper. So clearly they know how to scam people, wait the alotted 60 days past then you can't dispute the charges.

So I'm filing this complaint, no money, no items.

I found this website through Instagram ads, popped up one morning,

everything more than 1/2 off, and FREE Shipping. Okay, I took the

bait, place the order, not being aware it was shipping from DHL. I

ordered it in April as I needed it for Mothers Day and a sissy trip in

June. Well they said the first order was shipped and "received", umm,

nope, never received it. I asked about it and they said they'd ship

it again in 25 days as they had to wait for a back order. Okay, and

then the saga started. I can't get my product, and they won't refund

the full money paid. They said that they had to pay the shipping

carrier $15.00 so they could refund less that amount? Again, I

stated either product or full refund. I told them I was coming

here, now their latest e-mail is they will give me 50%, which is

essentially what they've offered before. So now I'm here. I've

attached the PDF document. This is a SCAM and Fradulant company

I ordered 2 shirts off this website it advertised shipping to take 7-21 days I ordered on 7/19/23 and I still haven’t received a tracking number.

I had a feeling it was another Chinese pop up site scam but I was going to try it. I ordered clothing that they claim was from Marshall's Dept. Store. It was ordered in May and about a month later I started emailing their contact listed to inquire where it was. They sent me a fake tracking site with a fake tracking number claiming delays are normal when it is shipped from overseas. In two days they posted it was delivered (which it never was). I contacted them via email again. They claimed they'd check into it. We went back and forth. They wouldn't provide a carrier name, proof of delivery but claimed they would send it again. I told them they need to require a signature upon delivery. They agreed but again would not provide a courier or carrier. Another month goes by, I contact them telling them I'd researched their site name an see they are a fraud. I tell them I will be reporting them to ScamPulse.com and Attorney General. They again assure me they are legit and package is on the way. Then a day later they show once again DELIVERED.. I immediately emailed them and told them it was a fraud and BS and demanded a full refund. They then had the nerve to tell me they received a signature which was outrageous and wouldn't provide me with the proof (because they knew it wasn't true). They told me they are losing money because of all these claims about no deliveries and refunded my like 5.87 which I emailed them telling them they were crazy. They then replied with the exact same email from the first time I contacted them which explains if you have any problem contact them I found this was a way to report them. They have since closed that particular online store but I can guarantee they are out there with another scam site to replace it.

This site is a total scam, in fact, at the time of writing this, the site isnt even accessible to me, says it cant be reached when it was active yesterday. I ordered on May 30th and they 'said' it was delivered but it never was. They 'said' they resent the items, but over a month later, I got ANOTHER notice that it has been delivered, but it had not. The delivery time noted was IN THE FUTURE, so there is no way it was real. The tracking site they gave me was totally wonky and fake with the vaguest of updates that were also fake. I emailed them at least 10 times with all the promises that the items would arrive, they never did and I am sure they never will. What a pain and a waste of time and money. I know I wont ever see my money or my items. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a custom made sweatshirt. They sent me somebody else's custom made t-shirt. When I tried to return it or get a refund, they told me they could only give me a 20% refund. When i refused, they offered a 30% refund. When I said I would only accept a 100% refund or the correct item, they said I had to send the shirt back at my cost and it would cost $60.00. Then they would refund me. Turns out they're in China.

Ordered clothes, have a 30 day return policy, wanted to return but refused to give return address. Offered 20% when none of the clothes fit.
