I received a spam email advertisement. I went to the website www.elevenforest.com and purchased a, "Vintage Tribal Icelandic Pattern Cardigan Sweater." They didn't ship anything for a few weeks. They don't have a phone number. I emailed [email protected] a number of times asking them to ship my item. They eventually shipped a fake cotton industrial hoodie (NOT THE ITEM PURCHASED) to try and trick me - with a fake printing on the outside that resembled the item I purchased online...abssolutely hideous attempt at a scam design. When I complained and demanded a refund, they carried out the remaining part of the scam. They emailed and said since I would have to pay to return the item which would take a long time to process, they would provide me with a 20% refund instead. The scam is to send a fake, get you to accept 20% refund, then make off with the profit.

I saw an ad on social media advertising an article of clothing (Shaper jeans). The end of the ad had a woman stating she owned a boutique so she sourced the clothing.

My order went through paypal, then I got an email from China. When I tried to contact the support, which was listed at [email protected], it comes back as an invalid email address
