Shipping company was supposed to transport a chinchilla from Houston, Texas to Lake Charles, Louisiana. They contacted me to tell me sender didn't pay insurance of $190 which was necessary for transport. I paid the insurance. Then they contacted me again to tell me the animal didn't have a proper carrier and had to rent one for $350, so I sent them the rental fee. Then they contacted me again when they were supposedly at the State border, stuck at customs and I needed to pay $290 for a City permit. At this point I admitted defeat and decided to report the charges as fraudulent to my bank and report them to the BBB.
