They sent me a text message asking me to fill out a survey for a known store like CVS. I completed the survey and then they said I would receive items just to pay the shipping cost.. I purchased Earpods and then they would not let me exit without purchasing something more. I proceeded because there was a phone number I could call and I could call and I tried to get a refund. They only gave me 30% of the refund back. Then later they took more money out of my account that was unauthorized authorized $80 actually 79.99 Earpods and then they would not let me exit without purchasing something more. I proceeded because there was a phone number I could call and I could call and I tried to get a refund. They only gave me 30% of the refund back. Then later they took more money out of my account that was unauthorized authorized $79.99. I still have not received the items and they tell me it is on the way. The fact that they took more money out of my account that was not authorized , made me close my Debit card and get a brand new and new card. This has been an an awful experience and I still do not have a full refund or a product.
