Auction website for repossessed goods (cars, boats, RVs, etc). After winning bid on a used car, person reached out to confirm shipping address followed by a text with invoice with money wiring instructions.

Fake auction site selling reposessed vehicles. Specific to me was a 2015 Thor Chateau 26A Recreational Vehicle. I bid and won the item. In order to bid i needed to register on the site. I provided a copy of my drivers license and a credit card statement. My address and phone number to register to bid. Once I won i was called to verify my address. He said he would be sending over instructions on how to complete the transaction. I received an invoice with instructions to wire funds to Shavonne Tanne Doctor, 1810 Sir Scott Place, Charleston, SC 29414. Bank JPMorgan Chase. 128 Herlong Ave Ste 103 Rock Hill SC 29732 Acct No. 962371230 routing no. 021000021 wire reference NYGTR24-07-2023022. I suspected a scam and started calling and looking around finding many red flags with connections to Africa and the business not registered with the SOS NewYork. I did not send money.
