I ordered some pet turtles via the webpage (https://onestopreptileshop.com/). Also there is a minimum you must order to be to transmit your order which was $120. I also paid for shipping which was $30 so the total is $154 I paid with shipping.

I tried to pay via paypal as the webpage states thats viable, but I wasn't able to use it because they lied telling me that it wasn't viable because of some paypal promotion they were having. They told me that only CashApp and Zelle was available.

I paid via cashapp. Once the payment went thru, I got an email from a shipper called Nexus Global Transport (https://nexusglobaltransport.com/) telling me they received the package. After that, I got another email from Nexus Global Transport telling me that Customs w[censored]ding my package because I need to pay $250 in insurance. I check the tracking on the webpage and it says it was shipped out of Sebring FL. I thought they were located in San Diego, CA but somehow they have an operation in Florida as well it seems. They explained that the shipper paid VAT fees of $495 and I needed to pay $250 in insurance. Now how does that make sense to pay VAT taxes in the first place when the shipping is within the United States and not international. Also how is a $124 package worth $495 in VAT Fees with a $250 insurance?? It does not make sense nor in any way. So I don't have my package and I am out of money because of their scam. Also noting that the shipping company and the shop have the same number (318) 215-7419. The webpage says the store is in 8085 Caminito De Pizza, San Diego, CA 92108, but I think its a lie.

They are trying to extort more money after the initial purchase but then I am not even getting my initial purchase.

I believe the https://onestopreptileshop.com/ and https://nexusglobaltransport.com/ is of the same entity, also they have corresponding same phone numbers as contact.

I really believe this to be a scammer. I contacted them in good faith trying to get more info about the purchase of a Capybara and they kept being insistent about not providing me with their address to see the Capybara in person. They also mentioned taking money now and if I wasn't satisfied that I could be refunded. I also cannot locate any other information about them online. Their website traces back to some private LLC on Whois.com and it appears like there is nothing pointing this to being a legitimate business operation.

Was looking to purchase a Mainecoon kitten and wanted information on where the cattery was located. I entered my email and phone number and they texted me claiming they sent an email. It felt fishy the way they were speaking so I looked up the website and it was fake.

- Phoenix, AZ, USA

They have a fake website posing as a rescue. They made me fill out a questionnaire with personal info and texted me that I was approved. They demanded that I pay BEFORE even meeting them or the cat. When I asked them to verify information as the address was fake, they just sent it again. I said I wasn’t going to send money before seeing the cat, and they said it was “manager rules” and then tried to intimidate me.

They keep changing their numbers because obviously they are getting reported & it has been going on for too long. I saw multiple reports about this after doing my research. I did not it is actually fake till I sent the money. They spam you with videos and pictures of the kittens you want to buy then send you a fake contract with a fake address in it claiming that you're the new owner. They start acting weird when you ask to see her face to face before depositing money. They call it a "reservation fee" and I am stupid to believe. They suddenly have no appointments to see you when you send the money and just excuses. I saw people getting scammed for much more than me so please don't use this website.

This is a scamming website. They scammed me for 125$ and told me they had the fish that I wanted. I asked for a photo of the fish before purchasing since they only accept payments thru cash apps

They sent me a fake photo they found off google. I found it on the first page of search results. After making payment I got contacted by the supposed delivery company asking for more money before delivering the fish. Reason they told me was the fish is illegal in the usa which it's not and its being shipped discreetly and might die in the shipping. After refusing to pay more money I didn't hear anything for 6 days until I contacted them. And supposedly the delivery service still had the fish and it was safe but could not send me a new pic of the fish. Ut would not deliver unless paid more money.

Monsterfishfarm.com told me they where from Illinois but the Ultimate Freighters company that contacted me posing as delivery service is for international shipping. They also use a website host that hides the owners identity, and use a cash apps with a fake name and account for payments so you cant get your money back. They also use fake Google numbers to keep there locations hidden. Don't use this website it's but very well and looks legit. But they are scammers.!
