I saw a add for a bishon frise pupon the classified adds so i messaged the seller . After several texts back and fourth and asking why the pup was only being sold for 350 he insisted it was because we wanted ppl like me and my son to have the opportunity to afford one . He mentioned he was a retired vet who loved the bishon frise and breeded them as a part of the family. He seemed like a honest man as he mentioned how much his kids loved the breed and how much my son would love the dog. So the next day i wired him the money via money gram and he communicated the whole time until it came to the shipping .. i received a call from a man stating i had to send $580 to vaccine the dog before flight i told him i will not send anymore money as i took a risk sending 350 to a person from a add. He stated the dog could not be shipped unless vaccined . So i texted George the man i sent the money to and said the 580 will be refunded to me. I told him i will not semd anymore money as to me i was already scammed for my 350 i asked for a refund and he said he will refund once they denied the dogs flight. I have texted him twice since and no respond.
