I went through an online ad to purchase a cheese/food grader. I paid $46.15 in total, but the item I received was not what I ordered. The item I received could have been purchased on Temu for less than $10. When I reached out to the email (only way to reach them), they started offering me $3 for the inconvenience. I have been going back and forth with them since 1/7 (item was ordered and paid for on 12/9/24. As I continued to complain and refuse their poor excuse for reimbursement, they offered me to ship it back to China even though the item was clearly shipped from Dupont, WA and again from Chicago, IL. This is clearly a scam and I do not want the item they sent me, but I have continuously requested a full refund. They refuse and the highest they are willing to compensate me is $16.
