I was promised a agent that was intended to help me with my online test, I was asked to pay $60 and after I paid that $60 I was told to wait an hour, which had me waiting ten hours that day . After I waited that long awaited time I was told to get on a Skype call and chat with an Unprofessional agent who claimed to be Professional. He told me some story which I could tell wasn't true, and he was totally making everything up. After that there was supposed to be a follow up and nobody replied then my test was canceled and I asked for my money where then I realized that this website were full of scammers and I already knew I wasn't getting my money back. Even though I asked for a refund they just ghosted me and I had no response and no more $60
