Unauthorized Charge

I had a subscription for 1 month in 2020 and canceled it! Yet 2-17-22 they charged my card? I can't reach customer service, can't remove my account information, absolutely no way to do anything about it. I have filed a complaint with my bank. I can't believe this is legal!?!?! Someone has got to do something!

Subscription Reactivation and Fraudulent Charge

ONFLEEKBOX reactivated my subscription without my consent and charged the card on file. I have emailed them several times to cancel it and refund the amount but still no response. Unable to cancel the subscription on their website or remove the payment information too. I have reported them to Shopify.

Fraudulent Charge

Onfleekbox randomly charged my credit card. I remember several years
ago buying one box from them and not making another purchase.
Randomly my card was charged for a subscription I did not request.
There is no way to contact someone or cancel the subscription they
signed me up for, and my credit card company will not remove the
purchase. I have emailed them because it is the only information I could
find to contact them and they have not responded. This is illegal and
should be pursued criminally. I had to cancel my credit card because
they would not work with me either.

On Feb 16 onfleekbox withdrew money from my account. I havent been subscribed to their eyelash subscription for over a year. I even previously tried to delete my card information with no luck or option to do so. I’ve emailed several times with no response. Please beware this is a fraudulent company. This is their second attempt to steal money from me please report and shut them down.

Randomly tried charging me, received notification from the bank. It looks like i have an account from maybe years ago but I don’t think i’ve ever even purchased anything from them. definitely not anytime in the last months. that hasn’t even been last 4 digits of my card for a long time
