I was searching for a cockapoo puppy to buy and found one very reasonably priced on their website on a google search. I emailed them at their website address. They texted me back and said they’d send me the puppy cross country-straight to my front door. I paid by Zelle, to the ‘Etonya’ address, including $150 shipping. The night before delivery, the ‘delivery’ service called and emailed me needing ‘insurance $$’ before they could ship the puppy. I sent it by Zelle to a different email address, Williamcobb160@gmail. I was to get 95% of that $$ back upon delivery. It was a substantial amount! The next morning, an hour before I was to receive my puppy, I get another text from them stating I needed to send more $$ for a special health certificate, due to Covid. I sent it via Zelle to the seller, who acted very angry and surprised at the the courier. She was going to their office to handle it. 2 hours later, I heard I needed to send $$ for a crate via Zelle to the courier. The seller said she would split the cost with me. So I sent it. The delivery time was upped several hours. By now the courier’s phone # was disconnected. The seller said she was going to look into it. But…I never heard back from her. Tried to leave a review on their website, but their was no way to do so.
