I ordered from this website on November 18th. I requested a refund on 12/23, as they kept claiming that there were shipping delays. They claim to have issued a refund on 12/23. It January 11th. I have yet to receive said refund.

This company snuck in a membership on an 87 year old. The company did cancel the membership via phone but refused to refund for the extra product that was sent. And refused to give an explanation on why no refund could be given. We no longer have the extra product as we "refused to sender" and stuck it back in the mail. The supervisor was notified that they would be reported to the Better Business Bureau but still refused to give a refund. The call lasted 31 minutes, then the supervisor hung up on me.

I attempted to purchase one bottle of the OneShot Keto when the site declined my credit card. I ran my card again & again it said it was declined so I exited the site. Then a charge of $198.70 showed up on my card card account the same day and I received 5 bottles in the mail. I immediately tried to call & tried several times, no answers or they send me to a voice mail where no one returns my call. I have a printout that I have 60 days to return it but when I just called I was told it was 30 days and it's too late. I spoke to "Audry" that told me there are no managers to speak to & she resolved my issue (which she did not). This site is a scam and tricks you into thinking your card is bad, then charges you the maximum amount.
