The company supposedly sent the package, USPS lost the package and I provided proof of them saying they lost the package. The company took a while to write back and then when they finally wrote back they said I would either have to pay $40 for a reshipment or they would only give a partial refund of $62. I've never had this happen before where a company has made me pay money for goods never received for something out of my control such as a lost package. Now I've been waiting for months for a resolution dispute with PayPal, the seller offered a $70 refund which I also refused because I spent $128.47 and I should receive that back for goods never received.
