I ordered a $179 necklace from Onecklace on January 6th with a delivery date between 9-14 days. I am on day 18 and when I check the tracking it shows my order never processed out of the store. After waiting 17 days for my order the tracking shows it never was even sent out or made. The phone number on the website goes straight to voicemail every single time you call it. I emailed there support 5 times for 3 days straight before I got a response... and the response was they will not talk to me because of my language. I was mad like anybody else would be so I was cursing in the email. I have since stopped cursing and emailed them professionally at least 6 more times for 3 more days and I get no response. They literally took my money and never sent me any product and now won’t even email me back to tell me where my refund is. I’m trying everything I can to get my money back this is really pathetic. They need to be held accountable to highest level.
