On 11-19 - 17 I spoke with a lady from this lady from OneCall MD at phone # 317-953-4070,her name was Catherine supposed ID# 1045 and also said this is her ext also, the paperwork that was sent had a Customer Service # 1-844-218-4206,none of these numbers belong to this so call company, the numbers or trying to sell things and or gift & RX cards, it was told to me this is the number to customer service, none of the numbers belong to this company. The only thing that this so called company did was to send a paper $100 gift card to be redeem for rewards for using the service. Thank GOD I caught this before any other charges was taken Which sent a membership card with a group# & acct # which is no good. I've called all the numbers and every time you get all these offers for trips & selling different thing, wanting your credit card numbers.All this is when I called to cancel. THIS IS A SCAM*** BE AWARE*** I'm calling BBB and my credit card company and my bank to have any transactions stopped. You were supposed to be able to talk to a Board Certified Physicians 24hr/7days/365days a year.DON'T FALL FOR THIS IT IS A SCAM*** WATCH OUT*** I will be contacting my Attroney. Thank You!!!
