I received a call and made the first mistake in a sequence of others all mislead by trust. I was offered a$100.00 gift certificate for a $2.95 for shipping and handling and a 10 day free trial which by cancelling it before the due date they wouldn't add any other charge. HA! The certificate was useless and fake. The phone number provided once you hit #1 the extension for cancelling would disconnect u completely and wouldn't allow me to ask to cancelling. All other extensions provided had nothing to do with this agency and we're in fact unaware of the service or a different department. In the end the so called OneCallMD didn't seem to exist, no email provided and only an extension #8 with a recording to leave a message. Left more than a few. Never got an answered. While I am trying desperately to cancel my trial 10 days free membership on the 8th day, 2 full days before the trial was over they charged me $24.95 !!!!!!!! I called my credit card and had payment cancelled but they charged me again today. I might have to replace my credit card and survive a week while new one arrives. This is criminal, cause they Target and pray people who sadly need money desperately that all common sense and all I told u so one hears everyday go out the window and here we r. If u get a phone call from this people can u do me one favor and give them a message from me: Enrique told me to tell u tokeep your fake certificate and use it to pay for a soul u lack. Thank u so much. EO

Update I finally was able to get through and the promised to refund. It might take up to 4/5 business days. We will see if they come through. I will keep u posted.
