My computer locked me out and I called what I hope was a legitimate support number which transferred me to this tech support company. They told me they were removing an existing virus and installing protection (CCleaner). Afterwards I looked up their address but the address appears to belong to a pizzeria. I'd feel better knowing whether or not this company is legitimate.
