Scammer locks up your computer with something they call the Zeus virus and gives you a phone number to call to resolve the problem. The first time this happened (Dec 2 2016) I paid them $399 (by giving them my checking account number over the phone) for what they said was a lifetime contract for all of my devices. Then on Feb 9 2017 it happened again and they wanted another $800 claiming that my original contract was invalid. I paid them again by allowing them to deduct the money from my checking account because my computer was totally locked up and wouldn't respond to any commands. I'm afraid they will do it again in the near future. I noticed that in the February incident they had changed their name in December from One Stop Computer Tech to Yes Tech and also had a new location in La Jolla, CA.
