I was contacted by email by [email protected] about a company called One Main Solutions interested in interviewing me for a Sales Manager position that would start at home and then relocate to an office in Lawrenceville, GA. I was then emailed by Cynthia Jones at [email protected] who introduced the company and position specs and sent me an interview form to fill out. After that I was sent an Employment Agreement form to fill out, which I was asked by Cynthia Jones and the Hiring Manager Carol Tucker at [email protected] to specifically sign in pen, which included the position title, details, pay and benefit information, and was signed by the CEO of One Main, Patrick Gain. The form even listed that the form was legally binding by governing law. Within the next week, Carol Tucker explained that she would be training me about making sales, starting on Ebay, and moving to Amazon. There was a followup call the following day from an HR rep Debra at [email protected] I created unique Ebay and PayPal accounts for the position. Within a month (Feb 23- March 9) I made three sales for the company. The first two went smoothly, no complications or complaints. I kept in constant contact with Carol Tucker. The third item listing was where everything fell apart. The item was sold for 5x the initial listing amount. Money was transferred to another representative, Lindsey Rankins at [email protected]. There was an issue with the item being shipped to the wrong address, after also sending the wrong shipping confirmation number. Carol Tucker sent a message about apologizing to the buyer and ensuring that it would be sent and part of the purchase amount would be sent back to the customer. A Few Days later, I was told there was damage done to the item and that the total amount would be refunded to the customer. I was told that both the refund check and my paycheck for the month would be sent to me via postal mail. I kept asking for a confirmation number for the mail and in the response emails Carol Tucker would say "Don't worry." I resolved the return to the customer to Ebay and still kept following up with Carol Tucker about not receiving the checks in the mail, and still the same response. I waited 8-10 business days in good faith, but also requested the money be sent back electronically through PayPal from Lindsey Rankins. Then there were no response emails of any kind.
