Waste of time!

I received their ad thru the mail. (One horse properties) Responded back and forth. Signed a Sales agreement in Nov. 2022. NEVER heard from them again. Called and e-mailed many times! I made mention that if they are not interested or changed their mind let me know and I would move on. (Receptionist always willing to take a message) NO response. If I ran my business this way I would have no business!

I am a law enforcement officer and a citizen reported receiving a letter in the mail from One Horse Properties. They offered to buy a property the citizen supposedly owned. They offered to send a cashier's check for $19,000 for the property.

I called the phone number and a woman speaking in an accent said the head of the company was in a meeting. This operation has a convincing looking Facebook page and other social media sites. Their letter appears to be professionally written with no grammatical or typographical errors.

I looked up the alleged head of the company they listed and called his phone number. Someone picked up and hung up immediately. It then went to voicemail.

I believe this is a real estate scam, don't fall for it.
