I purchased a 2008 CATERPILLAR BACKHOE LOADER AT THIS WEBSITE www.one-equipment.com, The asking price was 23k but I made an offer of 20,000 which was accepted, They sent me the invoice with the instructions for the payment and the bill of sale then I proceeded to wire the 20k. The machine was supposed to be transported to the port of Elizabeth for them on 4/12/2023 they did not make it, I sent them an email asking for an ETA, they moved it to 4/17/2023 but again they did not make it; immediately I sent another email asking them to cancel the transaction and refund my money with no answer until 4/21/2023 in an email they stating that my refund request was approved. I sent them an email with my bank acct wire information, they answer on the 25 saying that I should receive my refund by the end of the month, No money received, after that I sent several emails asking for a response and for my money but no answer was received. They don't answer the phone also the Website now is down.

My father-in-law bought an excavator and paid for it in full (via bank wire). The company has set up an elaborate inventory of used equipment and everything looks legit. They kept delaying shipping and telling him that trailer is getting repaired and keep bumping the ship date. Called the police in the Goodyear, AZ and looks like it is a scam. Cannot get ahold of a real person - only email and texting.
