The robo call offers to reduce credit card rates. After hitting "9" I was transferred to a person who identified himself quickly but not distinctly. After four attempts, he identified himself as "Mark Stoner." "Mark" claimed to be with Card Membership Services for my credit card which he identified as VISAmastercardcapitalonechase.......He then tried to get me to give him my credit card information. This call comes in on a masked number that looks like it is generated from my area. NO REPUTABLE BUSINESS USES A MASKED NUMBER. Even though the caller might be the answer to all of my problems and might be saying all the right things I want to hear (about helping me pay my bills, get out of my credit problem, etc) he is a scammer. He also hangs up on me everytime I want information about him first.
