Saturday 3-16-19 I received an automated message saying it was Oncor with a disconnect notice for non payment and to return their call within an hour or the electric service would be disconnected. I returned the call and was told that they had not received payment for 60 days and had an order to disconnect the service. I questioned them because our bill had been paid and our electric provider took care of the charges for Oncor. I was told that if I didn't pay $395.68 for the March service and a disconnect charge it would be disconnected and I would receive a call back from their customer service on Monday 3-18-19. I was instructed to get a green Pak Card and call their manager Maria Burns back with the information so the funds could be processed.
