A recording warns that there is a bill past due and if payment is not made in 30 minutes, the power will be turned off. The call came from 817-359-5607 but asks that I call 800-674-0451.

Automated call, power will be disconnected in 30mins, press #2 to connect to an agent.

Did not connect, hung up and contacted Oncor directly to confirm information. They confirmed it was a scam.
