I ordered two pairs of shoes on July 3, 2021. Weeks later after hearing nothing back, I wrote to customer service for the first time. They told me to be patient and sent me a tracking number that stated the shoes were last recorded somewhere at some post office in Maine on July 18, 221. Since then and on the many, many times I have written to customer service, they have told me that my address is too remote for USPS delivery, that I should go to the post office to pick them up, that I should file an inquiry with the USPS, that I should file another inquiry with the USPS, that I should send them proof that my shoes were lost, that I wrote my address in wrong on the initial order (this after sending me an initial receipt that correct states the shipping address...this company is a fraud! They are stealing money from people and they are using their Google ad to support them in their fraud.

I wanted to send you all the address that they sent me to return their bogus orthopedic shoes at my cost back to them to review for a refund. Claiming to be orthopedic shoes but no sole's for orthopedic in the shoes. They only give 3 days to return and this would be the third. I had ordered 2 pair and have not received the second pair yet. I let them know that they could email me a printable return label to return the bogus orthopedic shoes back to them at their cost and refund me the amount I paid them and am waiting to hear back. I'll see how that goes.

I was recently scammed by a website https://www.oncloudwalk.com which appears to be a Shanghai, China based store. The website nowhere states that it's an international store and products are mailed directly from Shanghai without any sort of quality control check in USA. The only way I knew it was mailed from Shanghai to me directly was once I looked at the tracking after receiving them. The quality of the two sandals I bought is horrible and in no way matches what is advertised on the website. Sandals seems like they were mailed to me before they were even stitched completely, seem unfinished. I ordered them as I have Planter Fasciitis in my feet, the website falsely advertised that these sandals have insoles that will help Planter heels. These sandals are not even worth $10 in total and I was charged $71.89. When I asked to return these defective items, that's when they came out and said that the shipping back was too expensive due to "geographical distance", they would not give me return shipping label, neither would they give me return address. They said they could only give me 15% discount. I want them to send me return shipping label, let me return, and refund all my money. They have sent me a defective and crappy product, why should I pay return shipping to China when nowhere did the website indicate that the store was based in China and returns will be as expensive as the cost of the items. They have stopped responding to the multiple emails I have sent them to resolve the issue. Thanks
