Two usps tracking numbers: with proof of delivery but nothing delivered, the second to Memphis TN.
I filed a paypal dispute but they close it in favor of the seller because of the proof of delivery loophole.
Paypal advises me to go to usps and get the INTRANET document for the tracking numbers.
I imagine this will be my last line of defense to prove nothing was delivered.
My second dispute with paypal was closed after seller responded to them with the proof of delivery. Seller does not respond to my emails.
Beware and check facebook ads too good to be true.
