Purchased this item through their on-line store. Was not the same color or style (ebay even requires seller to check their stock. They don't). So had to return them. They then asked Ebay to close return, which they did (Can't get anyone at Ebay to help a seller. Canceled buyer account with "scam bay" after 16 years).

Now out the money, out the item (which I returned item in good faith. Guess they could sell it again too!). Contacted them. Nothing. Oh, and they list themselves as a "Merrell Authorized Dealer."
