I was tracking a pair of ON sneakers for my son for a couple weeks waiting for a sale. They never went down so bought on Dec 8th and pd full price. Then on Dec 9th received an email that there was a sale, same color but last season style. I placed a second order and bought 2more pairs and got an additional $40 off. Received a confo email on the 9th and my cc was charged on the 10th. Received and email on the 13th that my order was on the way. Received notification on the 22nd that my order was out for delivery and delivered. It never arrived so I tracked the package and saw it was delivered to the state of IL and I live in NJ. When I received an email to rate my order I said I never received the second order. I was called today and told I never place a second order and that I should contact the BBB.
