I believe they hacked one of my friends on Facebook. And that friend on Facebook contacted me and asked if I claimed my winnings she explained to me as her winnings was being delivered to her house she told me my name was on the list of winners. And I should contact Paul Rubin. Because I trusted my friend on Facebook is how they scammed me out of 550 dollars. Because I had to pay a delivery fee to have 30,000 dollars delivered to me the next day at 5 pm. So I had to go to Walmart and pay with a money gram to a Emily Reynolds UPS agent. In Versailles Missouri 65084 So I asked my friend if this is what I got to do and she said yes it’s legit and I would never scam you. So I trusted her. And sent the money. Next day I get a phone call from Paul Rubin and he explains to me IRS is holding my winnings and they need 2535 dollars more to send me my money. two people my friend and Mr Rubin are trying very hard for me to waste more money
