I found this company online is called OMNTEA.com on Instagram and I ordered items from these people on 2023-01-11 for the amount of 56 dollars I attempted to contact this company multiple times about sending me a refund because the product was taking too long to get to me time after time they send me the same excuse saying that they sent my product to the wrong address it would reach me in 10 days 10 days past no product I contacted again and asked for my refund again they sent me the same letter with an excuse saying that my product could not be found Nice I sent them a copy of all the information and card numbers I used to purchase these items with no response today I sent another letter requesting my refund again they sent me a copy of the same response they sent me two months ago saying that my product was sent to the wrong location and we will send you a new product at this date and offer me 10 to 50% off my next purchase I denied that and ask them to send my refund again immediately with the cause number product number date time when the purchase was made again no response I'm reporting them due to I believe this is a scam they have taken my money and have not attempted to give me my refund upon request several times and it has been 3 months..... I want to receive my money back as soon as possible have this company put on file and contacted about their scamming abilities
