PRODUCT#1 MAXX LABS CBD OIL IS ADVERTISED AS A SAMPLE PRICED AT $4.95 FOR A BOTTLE . PRODUCT #2 IS ADVERTISED AS MAXX LABS CBD CAPSULES AT 5.95 PER BOTTLE. THE UNSUSPECTING BUYER IS THEN ENROLLED IN A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FOR OTHER PRODUCTS ("ORGANIC PREMIUM BOOST" AND "ORGANICP DETOX" COSTING $89.95 AND $88.97 RESPECTIVELY PER MONTH. The credit card used to order the "samples" is charged every month No returns after 30 days or if the product is opened.
The Vendor phone number shown on the my credit card bill is "no longer a working number". This Issue is now pending Credit Card investigation of this potential scam. Vendor offered a refund only if the credit card dispute was dropped. I refused to drop the dispute..
