I saw an ad for this company on facebook and decided to buy dog grooming clippers from them. They did not work. When I contacted the company for a return they said I had to return the product to London. The cost of shipping to London was going to be $237. I paid $57 for the product. I emailed the company again and asked why I could not return the package to rosemead CA where the product was shipped from and I never heard back. I feel this is a scam because they know people cannot afford to return thier product and they sent me a broken unit. I dont want other people to fall into this trap so I am reporting it
