The price in the online ad was $5.95. The order confirmation price was $5.95. However my bank was billed $94. The company stated that the real price was stated in the terms and conditions.

I signed up for sample trial that cost less than $10. 3 weeks later my account was charged $184. I contacted the company who told me that I called after the 14 day trial period and could not get a full refund. They offered first a 25% refund, then a 35% refund, then a 50% refund and then a 75% refund. They basically said it was my fault that I did not read the fine print. This company is a scam.

Ombia Derma offers you a free trial of their product for shipping and handling. They then ask you if you would also like to try an eye gel , and even if you check no you still get it. Your products come with no paperwork and after 14 days you get charged $98 for one product and $87 for the other one. 15 days later they send you more product and charge you credit card again for the same totals. When you call to complain or try to get the charges removed they are very rude and tell you that you have agreed to this by buying their free sample. I have sent all product back to them and have refused their shipment and still have been charged for it. their is nothing in their add that states you are enrolled in a recurring shipment or will end up paying full price for sample product. and you get nowhere talking to their customer service.

I bought this product on line the ad read for a trial Ombia skin cream sample for $5.95 the other Renewed Eye cream for $4.95. They charged my account $95.57 and $89.47. When I called about the charges I was told $5.95 & $4.95 charges were for postage only. This is clearly NOT what the advertisement read. They kept telling me over and over I didn't read the Terms and Conditions. If there had been T&C to acknowledge before signing up I would have read them and ok'd them if necessary. There were not that I could see. They then continue to send product with out authorization. When trying to return them they are rude and insist on charging a $10 restocking fee. The ad was deceptive from the start. I am pretty careful on what I get on the internet if I was fooled others are as well. They need to be stopped..

I signed up for what I thought was a free trial (sample) of anti-aging serum (big mistake)! I had NO idea that this would cost me anything other than the initial shipping charges which were less than $10.00. They have continued to take out monthly charges of $89.47 & $94.57 out of my bank account. Mind you....I have only received the initial "trial samples". This is a HUGE scam & people are not aware of what they are getting into! Avoid this company.....they are a fraud & only want your money!!! Once I contacted the company to cancel, they basically tell you it's your fault that you didn't read the fine print.... & you didn't cancel within 14 days so it's your own fault & that's what you get. They were extremely rude! Almost threatening to a point....saying they had our banking info & could continue to take out the charges...etc.- I had to call & cancel all of my banking/card info to keep them from taking any more money out of my account, what a mess!!!

Ordered one trial item from website called Ombia Derma face cream. I did not order the Renewed Advance Eye Gel but got it anyway. Both were trial priced at less than $10 each plus shipping. I did not like the product so I didn't plan to reorder, but they sent another month's supply anyway. I called to return it and was told they don't have a return policy. On my credit card they were billed as follows: Sil*Ultrafit #844-9653076 NV for $94.57 and Bnt*Lerenuetrial #855-2364449 NV for $89.47, There was a slip with a return address for the "Fulfillment Center" @ 7875 Highland Village Pl. B102-505, San Diego, CA 92129. NO WHERE on the website or the papers sent with either product shipment was there any information about cancellation, and only the trial products receipt showed the amount billed to my account. I initially called the number on the paperwork sent with the second shipment (attached), only to be told they have nothing to do with customer service and was transferred to 844-965-6736 where Theresa cancelled future shipments of the face cream only. She transferred me to 844-965-6716 where Naomi cancelled future shipments of the Renewed Eye Gel. I'm sure they sit across the aisle from each other. WHAT A SCAM!!
