They call from a washington state number then give you a BH number to release $9000 to your bank account or can pick up cash at a walmart for western union or moneygram. Their language skills are awful and they reroute you to a google voice phone where they then say to send $200 to get your money released. Its about the stupidest scam but they still get through on the phone if you dont report your number on the do not call registry as I just did. The first number shows up as:2067130579 which when googled is PacNut, the person answers as Pacific. The 2nd number was 202-567-7391. They say you are selected from a lottery since you pay your taxes etc. They literally impersonate the treasury.
