This company claims to provide locksmith services. We contacted them to resolve an issue. The technician came to our house, charged more than we were told over the phone. Then said he would accept a lesser fee through Zelle and to not contact his company. The service provided was faulty. We contacted the technician multiple times, as well as "Olympus Locksmith". The technician told us in expletive's what we could do to ourselves, and "Olympus Locksmith" refused to take responsibility for their technician.

Multiple erroneous addresses are provided for this company online, including a McDonald's parking lot. Different telephone numbers and addresses are provided on their website.
