Others have reported this scam to BBB. On 1/3/18 I did a google search for quicken support and got the number above. Jason had me download AnyDesk.com and, as far as I know, was able to see only desktop items on my computer. He reported that the reason I was having trouble with Quicken 2018 Premier (a legit software formerly owned by Intuit but now independent) was that I needed to renew my subscription as it was a subscription. He offered me the super rate of $249.99 (plus tax, in the end he charged my Visa $271.86). (Quicken itself charges $29.99/year at this time, a 40% discount that I should have been aware of as I got emails.) I spoke with Jason, who appeared to have an Indian accent. After I paid (I filled out a popup form with name, address, credit card number to fill in) and I verbally gave him the last 4 digits of my Visa) he said he would get back to me in 30-45 minutes with how to upgrade my Quicken. He never did. I called the number again (there was no answer, no place to put in his x103), left a message. Wrote to Olympus by email, still waiting for result. After further research it appears that Quicken, Inc. does not use Olympus so this was a scam. I was an [censored] for doing all this but I was in a panic over the software problem.
