They're offering around $300 to drive as an advertisement for the 2020 Olympic games. The website linked in the email is the actual Olympic website and is used to give the scam more creditably and seem more legitimate. The email you're suppose to use to get in contact about the job is to a personal email for Mark Ross. The email is sent by a Dmitry Suspitsyn claiming to be looking for part timers.

Received initial email offering a part time job, whereas I would be able to earn $300 a week for simply driving my car around with a decal placed on it for the 2020 TOKYO Olympic Games. Upon further investigation, I learned this man has used the same ploy with different companies' names to gain information about individuals. At this point I did not return any emails to this man, and wanted to warn others about this scam. It was sent to me through my student email, so I was likely to believe it was legitimate. This is what the email after I responded with interest to the job offer said

How are you doing today?I appreciate your willingness to participate in this program.My name is Anthony Smith and am the Logistics Supervisor for the olympic games in North America.The Olympic Games are leading international sporting events featuring summer and winter sports competitions in which thousands of athletes from around the world participate in a variety of competitions. The Olympic Games are considered the world's foremost sports competition with more than 200 nations participating.Due to the massive record of attendance at the 2016 Olympic Games held in brazil, we have decided to carry out a major campaign for the upcoming tournament to boost its reputation..Apart from carrying out TV commercials and Bill Board, we have decided to take our marketing practice to another level by adding automobiles and trains to the campaign list so as to reach a broader audience thereby passing out the message to a large audience which is why we seek interested candidates to go about their normal routine with the advert of the “TOKYO 2020” on their Car,Bus or Truck.We have chosen sharp colors so the decal will be eye catching and attract lots of attention to people whenever the car pulls up or stuck in traffic..The program will last for a Year and the minimum a candidate can participate is 6 months..If thereafter a candidate chose not to participate anymore, the decal can be removed..We have recruited professionals in each selected cities to carry out the process so no damage will occur on any participants car..The specialist will take responsibility for placing the decal as well as the removal at the end of the program.

Participants will be compensated with $300 weekly which includes gas..The payment will arrive every Friday in form of a certified cashier check..Each participant will be provided with Face Cap and T-Shirt with the “TOKYO 2020” inscription boldly written on it.The specialist will provide this material after he as placed the decal on the car..
