Type of a scam Phishing

Our office received a call from a man asking for Jake Martin. When we answered that there is no Jake Martin that works in our office, he asked to speak to whoever is in charge of our Facebook page. He said his name is Femi and he works for Facebook. Our office deals with scams so this sounded fishy. We told him the person who handles our Facebook page is not currently in the office but gave our email so he could email us, which he did. Here is the email:
