I ordered a single dress, the Moana inspired one for my granddaughter. She never received it and I was unable to contact anyone through their website. We have not seen suspicious activity with my card, but I know we totally got scammed! So frustrating and disappointing!

This company scammed me out of 50.38 in July 2021. They wont respond to my complaint with CC or BBB.

I ordered two dresses in July and never received them. My credit card was also hacked shortly after this so I think this is where they got my credit card info from.

I have the same complaint as everyone else. Placed an order for 5 dresses for my daughter on June 26, 2021 for $88.95 and have received no shipping confirmation or dresses.
I did reach out to what appears to be their "new" store Little-Lovelys.com today.
Happy that I paid through PayPal. Am off to file a claim to get my money back. SO annoying!

Placed an order on 7/26.
-Clicking on "view your order" on the confirmation email led to an error website that said "Checkouts are not currently enabled: Merchant's trial period expired."
-Clicking on the website led to a "coming soon" page
-When I sent a follow up email I received an error email saying "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist."
-Their social media pages are all mysteriously non-existant.

Same happened to me, thet appear to have reopened under a new name. Check out Little-Lovelys.com. it looks just like their website. Just a different name. And it just happened to open right before Ollie and Olivia closed.

I placed the order on June 28, 2021, and I have not received my items. I contacted the company on July 14th after I had not received tracking information or the dresses. On July 15, I was sent the following explanation from Jerilyn (Customer Support):

"Our sincerest apologies our system had went down unexpectedly due to recent technical issues.
Your order has been processed and shipped, I have manually updated your order status and should receive tracking information soon.
They have been processed through our fulfillment center and have been handed to the shipping agent. We are just waiting for those tracking numbers to be supplied and updated to our tracking portal.
Please let us know if you have any questions. We truly appreciate your patience."

On July 22nd, I emailed them again to get a status update or at least the tracking information and I did not receive a response. I tried contacting them again on July 26th and nothing. On August 3rd, I sent another email and it was returned to me as undeliverable. After that I decided to file the dispute with my bank.

Placed an order 7/7 received confirmation and my card was charged. Never received tracking info, never received items. I have emailed twice and no response. Website is now down. Total scam

My complaint sounds just like everyone else's. I purchased 3 dresses for my granddaughter on July 7, 2021, paid $50.97. This company took the money out immediately and I haven't heard from them since. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were behind on shipments but never heard anything from them. They never answered my emails and now it says the email doesn't exist. I guess I have lost that money and that was my special needs grand daughters present. How sad that a company can get away with this. I just read all these recent reviews and it seems like there should be something that can be done about this company just taking our money. I am telling everyone I know not to order from Ollie and Oliva, they are a scam!

WOW! I have had the same experience as everyone else. I placed an order June 5, 2021, and I have yet to receive my items. I contacted the company about July 11, after I had not received tracking information or the dresses. On July 14, I was sent the following explanation from Jerilyn:

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Awful customer service and you won't get your product. They are awful quick to take your money out of your account, though.

I placed my Order on June 30, 2021. I got an order confirmation but never a shipping confirmation. I emailed customer service and got a replay back that their system was down and I'd get tracking info soon. Never heard back. Tried to email again and I keep getting a mailer daemon response saying failure to deliver. Their website is down and so are their social media accounts. Can't find them anywhere. I will be contacting my bank for a refund. Total scam. Attached are my order confirmation and emails.

I ordered around June 19th . I was charged shortly after ($31.43) Never received a confirmation email.
My employer also ordered (items were for her daughters bday) and she got a confirm email. I emailed O&O on July 16th and was told something about “system was down/tech difficulties” but that my order had shipped. They didn’t give me an order # or tracking. So I emailed again on the 26th asking for order #. I haven’t received a reply. I assume I’m not going to hear back from them after reading these complaints. I’ll dispute with my bank.

I placed an order on 7/11/21. Card was immediately charged, but no tracking information or shipping info has been provided. 2 emails to customer service have been ignored so far. Order total was $39.00. I am hoping my bank reimburses me

I actually received my first order of dresses and my daughter LOVES them. So, I placed 2 more orders in early June (6th and 13th). I have not received tracking information this time, let alone my orders. I contacted about the June 6th order and was told it had shipped but they were awaiting tracking information". I've emailed again, now about both orders, and have not received a response. (July 28th)

I ordered on 6/3 and still haven't received the 4 dresses I ordered. I contacted them on 7/14 and they said they were having trouble with their system but my order did ship and they'd add tracking info soon. It's been 2 weeks and tracking info was never added. I emailed them on 7/24 asking for a refund but they didn't respond. I filled a complaint with my credit card company. I hope I get my money back!

Ordered on June 21. Sent email after July 4 and got a response that they had technical issues but my order would ship soon. I emailed again and they gave me a tracking that says was generated on July 6. No movement on the tracking number and my emails are going unanswered and ignored. I will be calling my bank today and filing a complaint for return of funds.

I placed an order on 6/25/21 and have rec’d one dress out of six! The quality isn’t great! I have contacted the bank, asked about my order on Facebook, as well as Instagram. I keep being told to contact customer service. I will be contacting the bank, this afternoon!

I ordered dresses June 17th and haven’t heard a peep from them. I emailed them 3 times and never got a response, so I’m assuming my dresses aren’t coming. I’m out $35.

Order June 19 and was supposed to get items in 7-10 days. Website looked legit but items never received and all emails have gone unanswered. Will be disputing with bank. I am out $150. I left a respectful honest review on FB and they removed the review and blocked me.

I placed an order on 6/2/2021. It has been 26 days and I still haven’t received my order. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was then threatened by Jerilyn at Ollie and Olivia. Below are a couple of email responses from her.

“The information is all incorrect.

Again, you will learn the hard way and pay additional fees for your order. Sad”

“Thank you also for commenting on social media - we have saved yourself and others and have banned and blocked you... from looking more like an [censored] than you already are! Cheers!”

She has also threatened to charge me with legal fees and will not stop emailing me and harassing me.

I placed an order on June 2. The confirmation said I would receive my order in 7-10 days. It has been 26 days and I still haven't received anything. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and I get an email from "Jerilyn" saying shame on me. This company is a scam! Do not order from them!
