I purchased a dress from this website under the impression it was coming from Texas warehouse. Once it finally shipped, I noticed it was coming from China. Shipping took way longer than initially said it would, and I no longer needed the item as it took too long. I also was not aware it was coming from China as they market as a US company with warehouses here. I contacted their support via email stating this was an issue and requested to initiate a refund. They told me they do not accept refunds on sale items. The dress was not on sale when I purchased it. When the dress arrived, it was not what I had ordered - it was a much cheaper knock off version of what I ordered. They have very similar reviews once I did some research. I want to send the item back for a refund and they will not give me a refund. They are running a scam.
