Online purchase scam

I ordered an electric scooter from a pop up on my cell phone. The company is called Olivia7s. I paid $36.98 and never received the scooter. I ordered it on 9-12-21. I am a handicapped senior with a limited income. I want a refund!

Made online puchase for $35 for a foldable mobility scooter. Numerous Follow-Up emails promised that it had been shipped but the supposed shipping company had no record of the package. Its been 3 months since order was placed and I never received it. The website is now non-existent!

I wanted to report a product I ordered online. I am a Senior. I got a pop up on my cell phone. It showed an electric transformer scooter. This means it can transfer from riding to fold up. It showed a man riding over different types of terrain. I have poor mobility. I clicked shopping at the bottom of the advertisement. I gave my debit card number to place an order. It cost $46.98. 70-90% off. I believe I placed the order on September 15th. It was to be delivered in two to three weeks. I never received my scooter. I called their number. 207-405-7686. It just rings. No answer. I saw on our local news TV 5 that this is a scam. The same company. The lady on the news was a senior. She never got her scooter. The phone number did not work.. She looked on Amazon. Noticed how expensive the scooters are. Knew she was scammed. I filed a dispute with my bank.
