This person has launched this website and is posing as a breeder of cats. They also claim they’re a nurse and are scamming people that they’ll ship the kitten and payment can be made as Zelle, Venmo, cash app or COD, and which they claim is the safest method because the customer is in control until delivery. When the COD method was chosen, they say to purchase an AMEX gift card of $650 and send proof of purchase of the receipt and gift cards and make sure not to take a photo of the back where the code is (which is a lie because they know some people are not aware that the CID for Amex is in front of the card near the numbers, not on the back. So once this photo is taken and sent, they claim you will get the delivery after the kitten is registered. Needless to say no kitten ever came and they went ahead and spend the card as soon as the “photos of proof” were sent to them. They need to be stopped. They start of writing very articulate and then the English becomes broken English.
