Purchased 2 items online from Olivia-Mode.com on February 7. One item arrived on March 26. It was completely different from what I ordered. Second item never shipped. Communications with company are unsatisfactory - offering me a discount on future purchases or 5% refund. I have been emailing the company at [email protected] but they are not willing to refund my money for the $83.92 I paid. They also haven't acknowledged they only sent out half the order.
