Call received stating a delivery was trying to be made.

I received a call for my sister-in-law. I was provided with both of her last names. She has never used my phone number for any personal matter. Red flag #1. After calling the number they provided, I found that this is a different company. Red flag #2 The phone number shows up as an active WhatApp phone number. Red flag #3

I then called back, at this time I spoke with an American, with great English. When I started asking questions she became rude and hung up! She rambled of SS #'s & BDs. This is a well organized scam with no legitimate business. They tried to settle the debt right away and became hostile once they figured out I was on to them.
